Our story began in 2010 with the idea of offering Indian street food in a fine dining environment and traditional tastes in a modern setting.
We at SARAS take pride in offering the largest variety of food from all over India. Our menu includes everything from street food, to the richest cuisine defining Indian food culture. This is a unique concept in Thailand, where quality Indian sweets, savories and sumptuous, vegetarian Indian regional food are now available for the first time ever.

» We use only traditional methods to prepare our food, and have an "army" of ‘Maharajs’ and ’Khansammas’ coming from many different Indian states - Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu, to name a few...
» The ingredients which go into preparing the food are chosen painstakingly from the best sources in India. It could be the Daal Baati Churma or Gatte Ki Sabji, Rajasthani Thali or a Gujarati Thali, SarsonKaSaag, Dosa, Idli. Nothing beats our Momos, ‘Indian Chinese’, Kachoris and delicate Mithais, complimented by a whole list of Savoury Chaats and beverages, not to forget Chai (Tea) in traditional Kulhads, much favored by all.
